Join SFAS on a Pelagic Sea-birding Adventure!

April 7, 2018

$65 (min. 25 participants)

Join TAS’ Captain ‘Toe’ Torres and SFAS’ Paddy Cunningham along with other spotters (TBD) at the Super Sea Legs’ dock in Broward County (5398 North Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL 33019). The trip is scheduled to head out to the west wall of the Gulf Stream to look for tropical terns, shearwaters, jaegers, gannets and others stopping for any activity along the way.

The Super Sea Legs is a 75ft. fishing vessel with an upper and lower deck.  Bench seating surrounds the lower deck giving every participant plenty of elbow room.  She has a main cabin which is fully air conditioned.  Inside, you will find a galley, dining area with tables, seating, and two very clean restrooms.

The boat is fully USCG approved and is licensed for 60 passengers, however the trip will be limited to 40 in order to give plenty of mobility to all participants for a quality seabirding adventure. Meet at the dock by 6:15am for 6:45am departure, returning by 1:00pm.
